“4S店”的全称为：汽车销售服务4S店（Automobile Sales Servicshop 4S）
“4S”是指集整车销售(sale)、零配件(spare part)、售后服务(service)、信息反馈(survey)四位一体的经营模式。

Sale 整车零售

4S店最基本的业务，主要是为顾客提供看车、试车、购车等服务。
